MO Camara will definitely sign another loan deal at Blackpool before next Saturday's clash with Barnsley.
The Derby County full back has been an ever present so far in the league for Pool and has impressed Simon Grayson with a string of steady performances.

With Stephen Crainey injured and Joe Martin well short of match fitness, Grayson wants Camara to sign for at least another month.

The deal has been verbally agreed with the player and Rams boss Paul Jewell, but the Seasiders are waiting until the loan market reopens on Tuesday before extending the deal.

"I have been really pleased with what Mo has done here since he arrived and I am delighted we are close to getting a deal tied up," said Grayson.

"We are probably going to wait until Tuesday so that way we don't waste having him for what is essentially a free weekend. Instead we will have Mo for the maximum amount of time.

"Some people thought it was a risk when I signed him but why was it?
"He is out of the team at Derby for whatever reasons. They are looking for new players and that happens.

"But he has a really good pedigree with the clubs he has played for so we knew what we were getting when we signed him.

"The only risk was had he played enough games pre-season to get through the first match against Bristol City?

"But he showed that he had by the way he got up and down in that game.

"He has worked hard on the training ground to maintain his fitness and he's one of the fittest 33-year-olds you could hope to meet. He has done ever so well for us so far and I'm looking forward to continuing to working with him."
