If you've ever fancied running a hotel in the bright lights of Blackpool, here's your chance.

The highly-rated Stuart Hotel in Clifton Drive - in the shadow of the Big One - is on the market for an asking price of £725,000. The family-run business is offered with furniture, fixtures and inventory included.

The hotel, which currently runs on a B&B basis, but has a restaurant license which could be developed, has strong reviews and a rating of 8.8 on Booking.com and rates as 4.5 - Excellent - on TripAdvisor.

Agent Kays Peake Property Services say: "The substantial detached four-storey property provides first class bar lounge and restaurant areas with spacious commercial kitchens and modern lift to all floors. Twenty letting bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s, tea and coffee making facilities and central heating. The rooms provide a mix of double, family, family suites and four with balconies."

The business has been in the same ownership since 2001 and the hotel is described as being "in first class condition". No reasons have been given for the sale, but it is currently trading as normal, with rooms available for £84 on Booking.com.
