A MAN was arrested after banging and kicking on a door asking to see his daughter.
Paul Fitton, 27, of Egerton Road, North Shore, admitted breach of the peace and was bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months by Blackpool magistrates.

Angus Craigen, prosecuting, said police were called to Westmorland Avenue where Fitton was kicking a door demanding to see his child.

Police heard Fitton shout: "If you don't tell me where she is I'm going to get you sorted, I'm going to get you stabbed."

Mitch Sarangi, defending, said Fitton had been drinking, had separated from his partner and wanted to see his child.
